Job Title: Customer Services Agent
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Resolving customer/vendor issues and complaints. Running the customer/vendor helpline to ensure customers and vendors are satisfactorily assisted. Need to be familiar with online platform so needs to be a quick learner.
- To undertake such other Duties as Required and Commensurate with the Grade and Title of the Job.
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc in related or similar field.
- Candidate must have at least 3 years experience.
Job Title: Business Specialist – Transportation
Location: Lagos
Qualifications
- Must be an excellent communicator – both oral and written.
- B.Sc/HND in a logistics, transport related field
- At least 3 years in a Logistic or Transport Management role.
Responsibilities
- Defining, training and monitoring operational standards for Taxi/Trucking operations for an online logistic dispatch platform.
- Producing standards, training and tracking documentation and reports.
