Job Title: Research and Data Analyst

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant field
  • Additional education (Master’s Level) or relevant skills may substitute for required experience

Responsibilities

  • Managing daily research operations of the organization.
  • Working closely with the managing director to agree and meet the organization’s business development, internal data and customer insight needs.
  • Managing the organizations’ data portfolio, oversee the conversions into publishable outcomes and evaluate their performances on the all the organization’s platforms
  • Formulating techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data
  • Devising and implement efficient and secure procedures for data handling and analysis with attention to all technical aspects
  • Assisting with reports and data extraction when needed
  • Troubleshooting data-related problems and authorize maintenance or modifications
  • Creating and enforce policies for effective data management
  • Coordinating the organizations’ international piloting and consultation activity

Job Title: Operations Development Analyst
Location:
 Abuja

Responsibilities

  • Evaluating and analysing the company’s business processes, needs and requirements.
  • Performing requirements analysis.
  • Working with the management to identify opportunities for improvement in business operations and processes.
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
  • Conducting meetings and presentations with the management to share ideas and findings.
  • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to management.
  • Working closely with clients and management.
  • Developing project plans, managing projects and monitoring performance.
  • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
