Job Description
- Our customers are central to our business and we’re looking for a customer success and communications superstar (preferably female) who can own the entire after-sales customer relationship, including onboarding, ongoing retention and upselling.
- Through ‘get-to-know-you’ calls, SMS conversations, or visits to new customers, you’ll build strong relationships by ensuring they are satisfied with the services they receive and improve upon areas of dissatisfaction to promote retention and loyalty that lengthens the lifecycle of customers.
- You’ll be the second point of contact for all of our customers (after our Visioneers), acting as the friendly face of our business and shepherding them to the right team to solve their problem.
- You will also maintain office operations by receiving and distributing communications and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
Job Duties
- Handling incoming calls and other lines of communication.
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
- Maintaining supply inventory and office equipment as needed.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
- Managing company communications and social media accounts.
- Ensure prompt and proper documentation of customer payment information into various company sales / operations applications.
- Establish customer support practices by creating policies, procedures and standards that optimize the customer experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth.

- Our customers are central to our business and we are looking for entrepreneurial, results-driven, and self-motivated individuals (Visioneers) with SSCE, NCE or OND certificates to actively seek out and engage prospects and create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers
- You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for new customers to help them save money and improve the general quality of their lives; oversee a portfolio of assigned customers; develop new business from existing customers; actively seek new sales opportunities; solve customer issues; boost our customer experience and satisfaction levels, and top-line revenue growth.
Your Job Duties
As our Visioneer, your duties include, but are not limited to
- Generates leads and identifies market potential by qualifying leads across different segments.
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers.
- Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making tailored demo presentations; understanding customer requirements.
- Closes sales by building rapport with potential leads; explaining product and service benefits; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
- Expands sales to existing customers by introducing new products and services
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from customers.
- Recommends new or changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Generates marketing content (images and videos) during field activities.
