Job Title: Protocol Officer

Expected Duties and Responsibilities

  • Arranging flights, insurance and accommodation
  • Using a booking system to secure holidays
  • Collecting and processing payments
  • Advising clients on travel arrangements, e.g. visas and passports
  • Sending out tickets to clients
  • Keeping clients up to date with any changes
  • Dealing with complaints or refunds
  • Managing databases

Requirements

  • B.Sc/BA/HND in any field
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience.
  • Ability to network
  • Vast in International travel process
  • Must be highly professional
  • Vast Experience in the industry
  • Result driven.

Working Days:

  • Monday to Saturday.

Salary
N80,000 (To be increased to N100,000 after confirmation).

 

Job Title: Branch Manager/Business Development Manager
Location
: Lagos

Expected Duties and Responsibilities

  • Selling travel products & tour packages; and dealing with customer enquiries.
  • Liaising with travel partners, tour operators and hotels, to manage bookings, schedules & promotions.
  • Overseeing the smooth & efficient running of the branch and any satellite branches within the area.
  • Helping to promote and market the business, including sometimes away from the branch location.
  • Managing budgets and maintaining records
  • Ensuring that staff adhere to financial & operational procedures
  • Managing & motivating staff to meet targets, thus ensuring the profitability of the company.
  • Meeting regularly with Managing director to provide feedback on branch & staff performance; and to take direction.
  • Dealing with staff welfare, disciplinary matters and customer complaints.
  • Ensuring that all care is taken in following company & legislative directives for ensuring Health & Safety within the work place.

  • Book-keeping duties.
  • Cross checking expense with the corresponding invoice; to ensure that the billing is accurate.
  • Sends bills to customers; processes refunds and, works to resolve billing disputes.

Education

Job Title: Reservation and Ticketing Officer
Location: Lagos
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Expected Duties and Responsibilities

  • Arranges reservations and routing for passengers at request of Ticket Agent.
  • Make and confirm reservations for transportation and accommodations, using telephones, faxes, mail, and computers.
  • Answer inquiries regarding information such as schedules, accommodations, procedures, and policies.
  • Explain regulations, policies, or procedures.
  • Inform clients of essential travel information, such as travel times, transportation connections, and medical and visa requirements.
  • Prepare customer invoices and accept payment.
  • Provide customers with travel suggestions and information sources, such as guides, directories, brochures, and maps
  • Plans route and computes ticket cost, using schedules, rate books, and computer.
  • Answers inquiries
  • Determines whether space is available on travel dates requested by customer.
