Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions
- Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
- Preparing communications on behalf of the MD
- Answering phone calls
- Organizing travel and itineraries
- Organizing and planning meetings
- Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require
- Various ad hoc requests.
- Monitoring a reporting manager’s email and responding if required
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess minimum of B.Sc degree or its equivalent in Sociology, International Relations or any related discipline.
- Must have have verbal and written articulacy, professional discretion, efficiency, well-developed time management skills, strong organizational skills.
- Must have Min of 3 – 5 years’ experience on the Job role.
- Must be keen with the use of Microsoft Word Applications E.g MS Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook.
