Aspom Travel Agency is a great travel deal company incorporated on the 2nd of February 2012 to provide support to people who wants to travel to any country in the world and also helps companies who wants to organize a group tour for their staffs without stress.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Visa Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions
- Process all types of visa processing e.g US, Canada, UK, Schengen, Dubai, China, etc
- Advising clients on travel arrangements, e.g. visas
- Book reservation (hotel, flight, tour)
- Filling of application form
- Provide content for social media
- Keeping product and brand knowledge up to date whilst having in-depth knowledge of the company brochure
- Keeping clients up to date with any changes
- Dealing with complaints
Requirements
- Successful candidate must live in Lagos
- Minimum of 2 years work experience with a role in supervisory experience.
- With ability to work under pressure and to short lead times and working on own initiatives.
Training and Knowledge
- Coaching skills
- Good written and oral English language skills
- Good PC skills include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet
