Job Title: Call Center Agent (French/Portuguese)
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
- Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Research required information using available resources
- Process orders, forms, and application
- Route calls to appropriate resources
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
- Must be able to speak fluently French / Portuguese Language
- Management and resolve customer complaints
Requirements
- Min of OND or its equivalent in any related discipline. E.g Linguistics, Classics, Modern European Languages e.t.c.
- Must be proficient in speaking French or Portuguese Language.
- Good Communication Skills
- Intermediate Computer Skills.
