Job Title: Information System Manager
Location: Lagos

Functionally Reports To: Head of Technology
Supervises: IS Engineers, IS Industrial Trainees
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management team, make a constructive and effective contribution to the formulation of the Company’s key business and service objectives, formulate and progress information systems strategies that allow the company to achieve its objectives.
- Manage the Information Systems Department, ensuring delivery of appropriate services, support and informing users and management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure optimal utilization of information system resources at all times.
- Determine the most appropriate design, integration of solutions into existing infrastructure to support the business, taking into account prevailing best practices and technologies.
- Identify and prioritize ongoing departmental deliverables.
- Contribute, manage and ensure adherence to the company’s information systems policy – change management, security access and system administration and operation.
- Contribute to the preparation of departmental capital and operational budgets towards annual operating and or business plans.
- Manage departmental capital and operational expenditure in line with approved budget.
- Oversee provision of end-user support services, including service/helpdesk and associated technical support services.
- Contribute to the negotiation and administration of vendor/supplier, service agreements and contracts.
- Identify and plan departmental staffing/resource requirements in line with approved business plan budget with the support of the Human Resources department.
- Conduct Employee appraisals in line with the Performance Management Policy/handbook

Education Qualification:

- Experience:Minimum of three (3) years’ Managerial experience in a similar position in a multi-site client-server environment.
Professional Qualification:
- Membership of / certification from recognized Information Technology professional bodies:
- CISCO-CCNA
- CCNP
- CCIE
- EXIN-ITIL
- Microsoft Certifications:

Functionally Reports to: Managing Director
Supervises: Finance/Accounts Assistant, Finance Officer & Financial AccountantJob Duties:
- To coordinate the implementation of the Company’s financial business plans & policies
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive organization wide financial database
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date record of the organization’s financial status
- Maintain chart of accounts in line with the appropriate accounting standards
- Ensure proper budget control
- Work with the Commercial Team to develop Sales and Business plan forecast
- Give financial advice to Management for decision making
- Coordinate the preparation of Budgets
- Manage relationship with External Auditors, Financial institutions and Regulatory bodies
- Manage and coordinate the financial audit process for the production of the annual audited accounts
- Produce monthly and Annual Financial reports to Management
- Produce Financial reports as may be requested by the Board of Directors
- Ensure the company is consistently up-to-date with its statutory obligations
- Be responsible for training (as Trainer), coaching, mentoring and human capacity development of Finance Assistants & Financial Accountant
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the Managing Director

Education Qualification:

Job Title: Facility Manager
Location: Lagos
Department/Division/ Unit: Technology
Functionally Reports to: Head of Technology
Supervises: Facility Officer/ Industrial Trainee
Job Duties:
- Plans strategy to ensure efficient management of assets – Manages, maintains and supports the reliability of the systems, equipment, properties and assets in the facility
- Manages contracts and contractors functions and provides support for the facility’s budget.
- Maintains and operates the facilities – Manages resources including budget, staff, contractors, consultants and finances.
- Performs short term and long term planning for the property.
- Supervises development/monitoring of facilities maintenance program.
- Directs all activities relating to contracted facility services, including but not limited to technical reviews, materials, equipment and product requisitions.
- Assists and guides the contractors in completing the tenders and manages the projects assigned
- Detailed analysis and study of alternatives available as an adjunct to completing projects within the facility
- Researches the possible areas of development in the facility in accordance with the established objectives.
- Introduces changes in the facility without disturbing the ongoing process, thus increasing output and reducing operating costs
