Job Title: Customer Service Intern
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Job Description
- Are you ready to gain new skills and help attend to farmers and agricultural suppliers; to make agriculture easy/convenient for everyone?
- The Afrimash Customer Service Internship Programme will provide you with such a unique and valuable experience.
- Successful completion of the internship program will offer the candidates a stronger chance of fulltime employment with Afrimash in the short and long run.
- Successful candidates will work at the Afrimash Operations Office in Ibadan, Oyo State.
- Candidates will be required to work on a full-term basis as assistants to our customer service graduate trainees.
- The key focus will be to develop and improve candidates’ skills towards being professional online customer service agents.
Qualification
We believe you will be an excellent fit if you:
- Are available for at least six (6) months.
- Have good communication skills (oral and written).
- Have a background in animal science or other aspects of agriculture.
- Have a flair for ICT.
- Are willing to explore new ideas and take on challenging tasks.
