Job Summary
- To ensure profitability and efficiency by overseeing various departments which includes diverse operations (sales – major items & service parts, after sales, assembling units, fleet maintenance & administration).
Requirements
- HND/B.Eng./B.Sc, Master’s in Business Administration (MBA)
- A minimum of at least 20 years experience, minimum of 10 Years as a top management staff with Sales & Technical experience
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Hands-on experience to drive and grow the revenue aggressively
- Full knowledge of profit or loss statement accounts
- Track records in turnaround and growing the business in a challenging economic environment
- Possess strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the sales growth of the company in accordance with annual business plan
- Formulate and administer company policies, directing and coordinating all divisional department activities to develop and implement long-range goals and objectives to meet business and profitability growth objectives.
- Review analyses of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives.
- Develops, reviews, updates and implements business strategic planning, including sales, fleet maintenance, financial performance and new product development.
- Reviews and supports engineering and sales to oversee design concepts with fundamental or new technology used for new or existing products or improvement to provide cost reduction, safety, customer requirements and market growth.
- Reviews and approves preparation of accounting analysis for budgetary planning and implementation, production efficiency, financial reporting, budgetary planning and submittal for capital expenditures.
- Create good working relationship with the OEMs.
- Develop employee engagement process to build positive employee attitudes and morale.
