Job Title: Interior Designer
Location: Lagos

Job Description
- Undertake design project from concept to completion
- Assesses and meets client requirements and desires through regular meetings and conferences
- Produces sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computer-aided design programs (CAD)
- Supervise work progress
- Creates project budgets, including materials and labour
- Negotiates pricing for materials and labour
- Maintains relationships with vendors and outside contractors.
- Participates in regular networking opportunities and actively develops a client base
- Performs research and maintains a working knowledge of trends and new developments in the interior design and architecture worlds
- Adheres to national and local building and safety codes with every design element
- Reads and interprets blueprints
Job Requirements/Skills
- Highly Creative individual
- Minimum of 1 year work experience as an Interior designer
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite especially Excel, word and powerpoint
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3Dmax, SketchUp and other softwares
- Must be able pay to attention to Detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must be a good decision maker and great team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to sketch well by hand
Job Title: Product Designer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We are a fast-growing interior design firm based in Lagos with an established image of top-class designs created and implemented for high profile clients across the country.
- We’re seeking an experienced Product Designer with industry proven skills in design, concept development and implementation.
Qualifications
- 5 years+ experience in similar role with an interior design firm
- A degree in Product Design (not compulsory).
Requirements:
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be creative with an eye for shape and colour
- Understand technology, production methods and materials (such as textiles, metals and plastics)
- Understand different materials and production methods
- Have technical, practical and scientific knowledge and ability
- Be interested in the way people choose and use products
- Ability to work within budgets and to time
- Must be able to work within a team
- Must be able to sketch and draw well
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft office software
- Must be creatIve with hands
- Ability to make presentations to potential clients in order to win new contracts.
