Job Title: PHP Application Developer

Job Description
- Experience of PHP frameworks (preferably Zend Framework)
- Understanding of MVC architecture and common design patterns
- Expert in XHTML and CSS web builds
- JavaScript (native) and frameworks (jQuery/Prototype)
- Knowledge of Angular/Backbone/Ember JavaScript technologies is desirable
- Excellent knowledge of web application technologies including AJAX
- Demonstrable source control experience (preferably GIT)
- Basic understanding of server environments and technologies
- Basic understanding of performance and optimisation
- Experience of automated deployment (Capistrano/Webistrano) useful
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable experience of working with content management systems
- Applied understanding of web services
- Demonstrable ability to manage people and monitor project output
- Demonstrable commercial awareness, including the importance of planning, forecasting and managing and minimising risk to retain profit margins
- Ability to identify and propose solutions to resolve browser compatibility issues
- Demonstrable experience and understanding of test processes, including the ability to write test plans and undertake testing
- The ability to pay close attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (proven commercially)
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.

Job Title: Sharepoint Developer
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- At least 4 to 6 years experience in Microsoft Project Server or Project Online implementation, customization using SharePoint technologies
- Working with Lists/Libraries
- Developing and Deploying Features
- .Net C# Development
- Develop custom web parts and solutions for deployment in SharePoint 2010/2013
- Experience in SQL & PLSQL programming in SQL Server.
- Experience in implementing Web projects using .NET platform using HTML 5, Bootstrap, Latest .NET Frameworks (4.0/4.5)
- Knowledge in the administration/ configuration/ customization of SharePoint Server
- Must understand how SharePoint utilizes master pages, layouts, and the scope of user rights for resource access.
- This understanding extends to how SharePoint utilizes its Register, Web Part, and Content tags as well as security scoping for various layout features such as the SharePoint Ribbon and securitized user edit regions.
- Client Object Model
- .Net programming experience that can be leveraged across web-based projects
- Validation of conceptual SharePoint architectures and contributions to technical approach
- Implementation of conceptual architecture
- Configure and deploy SharePoint solutions.

Job Title: Project Manager, Web App Projects (Software, IT)
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Project management experience: Familiar with both Waterfall and Agile project management practices.
- Software experience: Experience using project management software (such as JIRA, Asana, BaseCamp, Trello).
- Documentation writing abilities: Comfortable in writing and owning project documentations, such as specifications, change documents and project plans.
- Basic wireframing skills: Able to create simple wireframe sketches (we know you aren’t a graphic designer, but we expect you to be able to communicate your ideas to the design team in this way).
- Priority management skills: Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Formal project and process management qualifications are required.
