Responsibilities
- Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products

- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions

Expectations

Job Title: Operations Manager, Retail

Responsibilities
- Organize stock and equipment, order supplies and oversee building maintenance, cleanliness and security
- Plan and work to budgets, maximize profits and achieve sales targets set by head office
- Control takings in the outlet and administer payrolls
- Recruit new staff, and train and develop existing staff
- Coordinate staff scheduling, motivate and encourage staff to achieve targets

Working hours:

Responsibilities
- Sales activities; take and process all orders (from walk in, phone and online Customers)
- Manage and coordinate all orders till dispatch and delivery to customer
- Advertising and marketing of all products both offline and online

- Plan and oversee brand advertising and promotions utilizing online, print, and direct mail communications
- Work with management to accomplish complete company marketing plan to establish strong market presence and expand the market for products in retail.
