Requirements
The successful candidate must possess the following:
- Degree in Marketing (International) Business, Finance or any other related field
- 7 to 10 years practical experience in a similar position
- Good understanding of sales and marketing strategies
- Well-developed communication skills and customer orientation
- Knowledge about budget management, international trade and taxations
- Professional certification in a related field is a must
- Excellent command of Hausa/Kanuri/Fulfulde languages.
Job Title: General Manager
Location: Maiduguri, Borno
Requirements
The successful candidate must possess the following:
- MBA, with 7 to 10 years of experience in Agricultural Business Operations
- Background in business thought leadership, as well as particular knowledge in the areas of leadership, Organizational culture, change management, and managing people
- Experience of managing large teams, Excellent oral, written, cross functional and interpersonal Communication skills
- Highly entrepreneurial
- Good working knowledge of current Agro-business trends and government regulations
- Excellent command of Hausa/Kanuri/Fulfulde languages.
