- The Operator (Packaging) will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of the production process by packing well in their right quantity and quality into their cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all finished products are neatly packed according to the required procedure
- Ensure that the right carton is used always
- Ensure that all defective products are sent back through the recycling section
- Maintain a clean environment
- Ensure that the correct quantity/quality of products are packed into the carton at all times

Job Title: Engineering Team Lead

Reports to: Engineering Manager
Job Summary
- The Engineering Team Lead will be responsible for keeping the electrical/ mechanical systems in optimal condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Assists the engineering manager and maintenance engineer in solving technical problems
- Monitors all electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair
- Maintains records and files of all completed engineering work.
- Provides suggestions for ways to improve machine output.
- Assists the engineering manager or maintenance engineer to test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system

Job Summary
- The Engineering Technician will be responsible for carrying out preventive maintenance and repairs on all mechanical and electrical appliances and assist the engineering team lead in solving technical problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assists the engineering shift team lead and maintenance engineer in solving technical problems
- Carries out repairs as required on all mechanical and electrical appliances
- Monitors all electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair
- Read dials and meters to determine amperage, voltage, electrical output and input at specific operating temperature to analyze parts performance
- Operates drill press, grinders, engine lathe, or other machines to modify parts tested or to fabricate experimental parts for testing
- Test equipment, using test devices attached to generator, voltage regulator, or other electrical parts, such as generators or spark plugs
- Carries out all scheduled maintenance and update daily monitoring record

Job Summary
- The Operator (Movement) will be responsible for locating and moving stocks (raw material and finished goods) of products for production, storage or transportation out of production floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtains copy of production schedule or shipping order and transports material or equipment to and from designated areas in the facility
- Ensures proper loading and unloading of goods from forklift
- Moves goods packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility
- Stacks goods in the correct storage bays, following inventory control instructions
- Ensures proper stacking of empty pallets
- Inspects machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance

Job Title: Operator (Palletizers)

Job Summary
- The Operator (Palletizers) will be responsible for responsible for sorting cases onto pallets, conduct continuous checks for case quality, wrap and stage pallets using electric or non-electric pallet jacks, use data entry to update quantity of cases produced, and keep work area clean.
Key Responsibilities
- Picks cases of product off conveyors and place on pallets utilizing proper pallet configurations.
- Ensures product is in the correct box, that the box is taped properly, and that the date and time are printed accurately and legibly on the side of the box.
- Ensures that the correct label is being utilized for the product.
- Supplies loading equipment with empty pallets
- Adheres to and GMP policies.
- Reports any and all accidents, incidents, and concerns immediately.

Job Title: Engineering Manager

Job Summary
- The Engineering Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring engineering functions and overseeing various engineering projects, processes, budgets, and timelines and making any necessary adjustments in order to ensure successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all production machines are optimally available
- Manage and maintain all utility equipment (AC, nitrogen generator, PHCN equipment etc)
- Responsible for the preparation and implementation of departmental budget.
- Responsible for ordering, receiving and maintaining proper inventory of spare parts and supplies.
- Develop and ensure the implementation of an effective plant preventive maintenance programme
- Provide adequate training/training resource to ensure that reasonable skills are available so that production can meet its target against sales requirement
- Carry out a monthly review and update on spare part stock to optimize maximum cover at minimum cost to the company
- Carry out an investigation on changes and modifications to plants and machinery to improve factory output
- Carry out a review and effectiveness of approved safety procedures in reducing hazards on plant machinery
- Monitor and analyze result from the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) measurement and initiate changes to improve plant availability.
- Liaise with production manager to introduce any changes designed to improve OEE for continuous improvement
