Job Title: Front Desk & Admin Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We are currently recruiting for the role of Front desk &Admin Officer who will be responsible for handling the front desk reception and administrative duties for the organisation.
Requirements, Education and/or Work Experience
- Proficiency in the use of MS Excel and MS Word
- Front desk management experience
- Customer service certifications or training
- 1-3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Minimum HND or B.Sc Degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration or related courses.
Responsibilities
As the ideal candidate for the Front desk &Admin Officer, you are responsible for:
- Welcoming business visitors and maintaining records of incoming and outgoing times
- Obtaining and issuing of CUG lines to new employees
- Managing the office telephone lines and handling enquiries from visitors
- Handling and distributing of incoming mails and dispatch
- Monitoring the maintenance and cleanup of the facility
- Supervising the cleaner and the dispatch rider to ensure they perform as expected
- Managing the provision of office supplies and other administrative items
- Coordinating the payment of bills for the company
- Dealing with vendors and service providers.
