Job Title: Secretarial Administrator
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Requirements
- The Personnel must have at least 6 years post graduate experience in basic office administration, and must in the course of his duty, be able to assist office personnel and optimize work flow, ability to demonstrate innovative ways to constantly improve on present procedures, policies and systems on present management systems shall be a plus.
- Flexibility in the use of computer applications is a must.
- Must have at least a B.Sc or HND, in business administration or social sciences, or OND with minimum 10 years experience. Administrative experience in a construction company will be an added advantage.
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to multi-task and enjoy maintaining good relationships with employees.
