Job Title: Admin Officer
Location: Ikeja
Responsibilities
- Premises maintenance; ensuring regular cleaning of the premises, offices, gutters, drainages, conveniences, canteen, ensuring proper refuse disposal etc
- Assisting is overseeing the activities of the Contract Security
- Processing and paying all rents, rates, taxes, bonds to relevant bodies
- Arranging tours/travels and Accommodation.
- Ensuring adequate functioning of all communication facilities and ensuring provision of utilities (light, water etc)
- Manage office supplies
- Maintain and update Company Asset Data Base
- Schedule in-house and external events
- Assisting Outstation Administrative Management, ensuring prompt payments of rents, levies and other supports services.
- Looking after health, safety and welfare of employees.
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc/HND (2nd Class Lower Division) in any Social Science or Business Discipline
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office Package (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access)
- Solid knowledge of Office Procedure
- Strong organization skills with a problem solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
Job Title: HR Officer
Location: Ikeja
Responsibilities
- Assisting in staff recruitment
- Maintaining Personnel records/Statistics
- Assisting with Performance Management Programs
- Managing Company Pension Fund and dealing with Pension Fund Administrators
- Ensuring implementation of the disciplinary procedure.
- Vetting payroll and addressing pay discrepancies Analyzing Training needs, Preparing Training Plans/Calendars and dealing with Industrial Training Fund
- Checking references and organizing background checks
Requirements
- Minimum at B.Sc/HND (2nd Class Lower Division) in any Social Science or Business discipline
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office Package (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access)
- Good knowledge of Labour Provisions.
Job Title: HR Clerk
Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
- Ensuring that all Day one requirements of new employees are in place
- Keeping/maintaining all Staff Personal Files, subject files and ensuring that the documents are correctly filed
- Maintain the disciplinary data base
- Preparing Benefit Packages etc.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND in any Social Science or Business discipline
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the Personnel Department of any Organization.

Responsibilities
- Arrange travels/travel documents and pick ups
- Assisting in Premises/Office maintenance
- Overseeing the Timing Machine and analyzing staff attendance
- Ensure adequate provision of Uniforms
- Prepare stock inventory
- Operates Office Machines/Photocopier.
