Job Title: Hatchery Supervisor

Location: Aiyetoro, Ogun

Job Description

  • Fish hatchery supervisor to direct and oversee our hatcheries and coordinate the activities of other fish hatchery workers.
  • They manage fish spawning, incubate eggs and rear fish (fry, fingerlings and Juvenile) in accordance with Standard management practices and fish culturing techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Determine administer and execute policies relating to operations administration and standards and focally maintenance.
  • Coordinate the selection end maintenance or brood stock.
  • Monitor environments to ensure maintenance of Optimum conditions for aquatic life, Collect and record growth, production end environmental date.
  • Devise methods to improve fish batching end growth raffle, and 10 prevent disease in hatcheries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree/HND (Minimum of Second Class Upper Division) in Fisheries, Fisheries Management. Aquaculture or any other related field from a recognized institution,
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in similar position in a decent size fish farm.
  • Must have capacity to deliver 5 million fingerings per annum.
  • Thorough knowledge of fish growth performance (FCR, SPR Survival eta) and stools management procedures is mandatory.

 

Job Title: Fish Farm Manager

Location: Aiyetoro, Ogun

Job Description

  • Responsible for fire daily operations and overall management of the fish farm.
  • Will direct and oversee our ponds and coordinate the activities of other fish, farm Workers.
  • Determine administer and execute policies relating to operations administration of the fish farm.

Requirements

  • Applicants mast have Master’s degree in Aquaculture or Fisheries field from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum of Five(5) years experience in similar position in a  decent size fish farm.
  • Must have capacity to oversee minimum of 200 ponds.
  • Thorough knowledge of fish growth performance (FCR, SFR Survival etc) and management procedures is mandatory.
