Job Objective(s)
- To generate sales from existing customers and attract new clients and ensure clients have a memorable service experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential customers
- Sell all brands of products
- Gain a clear understanding of customers’ needs and requirements
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Negotiate the terms of a purchase and close sales
- Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct
- Maintains a daily sales register
- Write a minimum of 20 prescriptions a week
- Achieve all targets.

Job Title: Security Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure safe shopping environment.
- Monitor and warn potential violators of shop/office policy.
- Report on any fire alarm and security door mismanagement or malfunction.
- Ensure no unauthorized entry into restricted areas.
- Handle emergency situations smoothly and efficiently.
- Answer shopper queries and provide directions and assistance as needed.

Job Title: Brand Manager
Location: Lagos
Reports to: Head, Marketing & Brand Management
Job Objective
- Responsible for coordinating the brand’s activities – sales, advertising, promotion, marketing research and distribution
- Accountable for delivering the brand’s profit, volume and market share objectives
Duties & Responsibilities
- Formulate brand’s long-term strategy to effectively reach customers
- Oversees the brand’s marketing life cycle
- Manages day-to-day progress of product marketing planning and execution
- Maintains brand integrity across product lines, advertising, and all other internal and external communication as it pertains to assigned brand
- Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, editorial, marketing, design, and operations to execute specific marketing plans
- Conducts market research and identifies and tracks market trends
- Define and manage the brand’s advertising and promotion strategies
- Closely monitor and analyze sales volumes, market share trends and competitive activity
- Provide monthly product updates to management
Minimum Education Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in any Business related discipline.

Job Title: Driver
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions
- To ensure the safe transportation of goods and products to designated locations
- To ensure the timely delivery of goods to locations
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain transportation vehicles with a focus on safety of goods and products.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Fuel the vehicles, ensuring that periodic scheduled vehicle maintenance is completed and reported.
- Prepare trip reports – accident and incident reports as necessary.
- Coordinate the schedule for major or periodic vehicle maintenance with management and staff to minimize service interruptions.
- Maintain log of vehicle maintenance.
Key Performance Indicators
- Integrity of vehicle maintenance log book
- Good maintenance and servicing of vehicles
- Timely delivery of goods to all locations
- Accurate documentation of each delivery
Minimum Education Qualifications
- Minimum of a West African School Certificate with good defensive driving record
