Job Title: Bursar

Location: Kwara

Functions

• Shall be responsible to College provost on day to day of financial administration and control.
• Shall be the chief financial officer of the college.

Academic/Professional Qualifications

• Should be holder of B.Sc., HND Accounting/ Business Administration
• Should posses professional qualification (ICAN, ANAN,ACCA etc)
• Master degree shall be added advantage
• Must be computer literate

General Qualification

• Should not be less than 45 year of age and not more than 56 years of age.
• Should not have less than four years in the service of federal/state Higher Institution of learning.
• Should not be less than GL15 Officer.
• Be someone who appreciate respect and promote merit without fear or favour while under pressure.

Job Title: Registrar

Location: Kwara

Functions

• Be responsible to the Provost for day to day activities.
• Is the chief administrative officer of the College
• Is to keep the records and conducting the correspondence of the College
• Is to carry out the administrative matters relating to staff appointment, admission of students, graduation and allocation of vehicle.
• Be secretary of the Council and Academic Board of College.
• Is to perform such other functions as may be assigned to him

Academic/Professional Qualifications

• Should be holder of a University degree
• Should posses at least certificate in Public Administration
• Master degree shall be added advantage
• Must be computer literate
• Certificate in Health related discipline is an added advantage

General Qualification

• Should not be less than 45 year of age and not more than 56 years of age.
• Should not have less than four years in the service of federal/state Higher Institution of learning.
• Should not be less than GL15 Officer.
• Be someone who appreciate respect and promote merit without fear or favour while under pressure.
