Requirements

- Strong understanding of mobile-first / cloud-native technologies / web services to support integrated customer experiences would be an advantage
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

- Processes customer applications and verifies customer information.
- Follow up with all aspects of each credit application until the customer is fully satisfied
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and successfully by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making appropriate suggestions and recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Educated to a Degree level in a relevant numerate discipline (e.g Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics)
- Proven analytical experience in a Credit Risk focused role working in either a first line or second line retail credit risk position
