Job Title: Secretary

Location: Any City, Nigeria
Description
- We are looking for seasoned Secretaries for our operations which cover West Africa.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
- Make travel arrangements
- Document expenses and hand in reports.
General Qualifications Required
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Secretarial Studies or any related field
- Relevant training certifications will be an advantage
- Mature male and female candidates required.
Experience/Competency Required:
- Minimum of 10 years cognate experience in secretarial management
- Not less than 38 years old
- Must have worked as Confidential Secretary to the Managing Director or related position
- High degree of integrity and confidentiality
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.

Job Title: Zonal Administrator

Location: Different geopolitical zones of Nigeria
Description
- We are looking for seasoned Administrators for the different geopolitical zones of Nigeria for our operations which cover West Africa.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Manage schedules and deadlines
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and trades persons (e.g. electricians)
- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.).
General Qualifications Required
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Member of the Institute of Chartered Administrators will be an advantage.
Experience/Competency Required:
- Minimum of 15 years cognate experience – Post professional qualification
- Not older than 55 years of age
- Civil service experience desirable
- High degree of integrity and confidentiality
- Good communication skills.
