Job Title: Technical Account Manager
Location: Nigeria
Job Description
Following are the key deliverables besides other deliverables as assigned by the management for the said role:
Commercial:
- Profit & Loss:
- Completely responsible for the Profit and Loss of the project
- Creatively increase project profitability, reporting, compliance and ensure visibility
- Invoicing & Contract (Customer):
- Understand and conform to all contractual (commercial and technical) requirements of the project
- Ensure timely and accurate Invoicing to client and receipt of payments
- Procurement:
- Manage/Facilitate project procurement and find creative technical solutions to beat project budgets liaising with central procurement department
- Ensure proper administration and closure of contracts with sellers.
- Have adequate knowledge on INTECH’s procurement / material handling processes
- Perform cost estimation, budgeting and cost control
- Ensure timely payment to vendors/suppliers
- Business Development:
- Responsible for watching for Company’s interest and asking for fair Change Orders, when appropriate.
- Target repeat business from existing customers without bidding process through good business relationship and quality of work
- Support sales team with Site Surveys, preparing & presenting technical solutions to customs
- Building customer relationship by providing support and meeting expectations.
Technical Planning:
- Apply planning, execution, monitoring and control processes, defined or adopted by the organization (INTECH), to project’s integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resource, communication, risk and procurement management.
- Study specifications and establish detailed understanding about project scope
- Apply scope verification and scope control during the execution of project
- Prepare project plan/schedule using tools and processes adopted by the company and manage it during the execution of project
- Identify all project risks as early as possible in project execution, and mitigate those risks in conjunction with Engineering Manager
- Plan and coordinate the “Kick-Off meeting”
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources assigned to the project
- Lead team to perform clean sheet design of project scope
- Lead “Factory Acceptance Testing(FAT)” and guide engineers to set up and execute FAT
- Provide technical guidance for a global execution team on all projects
- Travel to project sites, as and when required
- Perform project closure
Communication:
- Establish communication requirement among project stakeholders.
- Provide adequate project performance/progress reports to organization’s (INTECH) management and customer/End User/project stakeholders as agreed in communication requirement.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Responsible for complete customer satisfaction (as a minimum) and customer elation (at best)
- Responsible for Customer / End User’s complaints and feedback
Human Resource:
Plan project human resource, acquire the project team, develop (HRD) and manage resource effectively and efficiently:
- Direct project lead and engineers and distribute work load
- Ensure safety of project teams
- Ensure project bonuses are disbursed to the team members in time
QMS:
- Observe Company Quality Management System (QMS) requirements
- Develop project quality plan and perform quality assurance and quality control
Corporate:
- Ensure visibility of project man-hour usage, invoicing and progress to the management
QHSE:
- Ensure Compliance to Company Quality Management System requirements based on ISO 9001: 2008 Standard.
- Ensure requirements of CSIA (Control System Integrators Association) Standard are being complied in respective domain.
- Ensure INTECH HSE Standards and Client HSE Standards are compiled to during Project Execution Cycle.
IT Support:
- Monitor IT infrastructure performance & Health
- Report problems and coordinate with IT administrator to resolve the issues
- Facilitate hardware replacement/Installation requested by IT Administrator
- Liaison with ISP (DOPC) to report/resolve services issues
- Manage ISP Billing & Payments
- IT equipment management (Hardware + Software)
- IT inventory management
- Data backup management
- Issues related to client machines shall be reported/coordinated by user of the machine using IT help desk
Requirements

Professional Qualification:
- BS / MS degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering
- Professional Experience: 7+ Years
