- B.Sc in relevant field
- Ability to multitask and prioritize accordingly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Problem solving skills
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and maintaining office equipments
- Preparing regular report on expenses, office budgets and other expenditure
- Creating, updating and maintaining personnel records and other databases
- Coordinating maintenance issues for general repairs.
