Job Overview
- We are looking for a Scrum Master that will be a guardian of Scrum Team, someone that resolves impediment and have control over the scrum processes.
- This involves coaching team about agile scrum to delivering successful deliverables and make sure that project is working smoothly and the deadlines are been met.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Facilitate his team for better creativity and tries to improve the efficiency of the development team.
- Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology.
- Responsible to remove the impediments for the scrum team.
- Arranged daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process.
- Responsible to conduct retrospective meetings.
- Organizes and facilitates the sprint planning meeting.
- Acts as safeguard for his team.
Qualification and Skills
- Scrum Master certification
- Tech or software experience
- Product management experience is a plus
- Experience working with programmers of across functional development team

Job Overview
- As a Senior Software Developer, you will primarily work as a Lead Developer, Senior Developers, writing of complex applications, application lifecycles, databases and services.
- The senior developer will guide and act as a mentor to junior developers.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure that the work delivered is in accordance with the technical standards of your client.
- Provide mapping requirements and software solutions.

- We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our HR department and help us grow our Tech teams. You will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Write and post technical job descriptions
- Sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
- Interview candidates combining various methods
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
- Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals

- Develop specialist knowledge in relevant technologies, programming languages, tools, techniques and apply expertise and knowledge to deliver effective solutions.
- Share expertise and provide technical advice and guidance to others.
- Provide coaching / mentoring as required.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in software development processes.
Qualification and Skills
- Experience working with programmers of a cross functional development team
- Specialist knowledge of relevant technologies, applications, languages, environments, systems software, packages, platforms etc.
- Good communication skills with business customers and technology teams
- Product management is a plus.
