Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Abuja

Job Description

• The CFO is responsible for directing the fiscal functions of the organization in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and other regulatory and advisory organizations and in accordance with financial management techniques and practices appropriate within the industry.

Key Deliverables

• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and internal control principles.
• Knowledge of statutory provisions.

• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills to evaluate alternatives and provide recommendations on business issues.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.

• Oversee and coordinate finance, investment, supply chain and treasury functions.
• Responsible for Project budget and product pricing.
• Oversee all financial and project accounting; ensure that expenditures are consistently aligned with project budgets throughout the project period; collate financial reporting materials for government, corporate.
• Evaluate opportunities and formulate business and financial strategies and plans for expansions.
• Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans.
• Develop financial and tax strategies to ensure tax efficiency.
• Manage capital raising and fund sourcing needs and activities of the company.
• Prepare and present Monthly Profitability Reports, quarterly and yearly financial statements to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• A degree in Accounting, Finance or any relevant field, MBA (Added advantage)
• Chartered Accountant or equivalent
• Strong proficiency with using QuickBooks/Sage pastel Accounting Software
• 7-10 years of demonstrated work experience in variety of accounting roles
• A demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively (oral and written), establish trust quickly, and create win-win situations.

Job Title: Chief Operations Officer (COO – Engineering & Support)

Location: Abuja

Job Description

• Our client seeks to hire a Chief Operations Officer (COO) whose responsibility is to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the required level of quality and functionality.
• They are responsible for realized revenue by managing the logistics of the organization, preparing budgets and inventories, and overseeing the supervision of employees within the department.

Key Deliverables

• Good experience with been responsible for numerous successful projects (delivered on time, meeting client requirements, with high team satisfaction), including some complex projects, and projects involving several project staff and clients
• Outstanding record of project management success, both in results achieved and in use of professional methodology.
• Pro-active in developing and implementing strategies that significantly mitigate risk.
• Excellent communications (including written and oral presentation skills) and leadership skills.
• Maintain the master project plan showing all open projects with time plans and milestones.

Requirements

• PMP and CTS certifications required
• A relevant qualification in project management and Prince 2 certification
• Minimum 7-10 years of increasingly responsible experience, with at least five years of managing increasingly complex projects in a technical environment.
• Extensive experience in the Engineering Industry
• Experience in the development and management of projects.
• Specialist Certification in a relevant field

Job Title: Supply Chain Officer

Location: Abuja

Job Descriptions

• Our client seeks a Supply Chain Officer, who will be responsible for the execution of all supply chain operations which includes the procurement and inventory of materials.
• S/he is also responsible for establishing relationships with the best product and logistics vendors.

Key Deliverables

• Ability to use Pro SCM software is compulsory
• Knowledge of other SCM software will be an added advantage
• Familiarity with safety and procedural best practices in SCM

Job Description

• We are in need of an Inventory/Logistics Officer ASAP for our Lagos Office
• You will be responsible for managing, receiving and dispatching materials, tracking and maintaining stocks levels and Inventory in the company’s warehouse.

Key Deliverables

• Supervise and coordinate all activities for proper Inventory management to ensure optimum levels of inventory is maintained and at par with quality standards.
• Keep track of inventory records to ensure accuracy
• Prepare and fulfill purchase orders,
• Receiving, storing and issuing materials within the warehouse
• Maintain stock records
• Check supplies against invoice and purchase orders
• Keep proper inventory records using an Inventory Management software
• Responsible for preparing reports on any changes done to the Inventory that may be damaged, spoilt or returned
