Kleos Africa – We operate in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) manufacturing and distribution space in Nigeria and one of the known producers of vegetable oil, margarine, detergent. liquid soap, laundry and toilet soap in the country. The company is looking for enterprising professionals who will take the business from its present stage to becoming the largest indigenous FMCG company in Nigeria and Africa in the next three years.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Code: ASM
Locations: Port Harcourt, Rivers & Kano

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate the implementation of sales strategies, policies and programs to enhance market presence and competitive performance of products.
  • Ensure the successful achievement of the company’s sales goals across all its area.
  • Ensure sales volume is at its maximum, maintaining product mix, and selling price.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • B.Sc and Master Degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
  • MBA is an added advantage
  • Not less than five years hands-on experience
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in common sales and data management software
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Availability to travel as needed
  • Valid driving license.

 

 

Job Title: Key Accounts Executive
Code: KAE
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate the implementation of sales strategies, policies and propramsto entrance market presence and competitive perfonnance of products in assigned key accounts.
  • Ensure the successful adsievessanss of the company’s sales goals across all product category in all key accounts
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned key accounts outlets.
  • Stay up-so-date with new product launches and ensure all key accounts are well stocked.

Qualification and Competencies

  • B.Sc in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
  • MBA is an added advantage
  • Minimum of three years’ telling experience on key accounts
  • Experience managing a high performance key account
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Availability to travel as needed, and possession of a valid driver’s license.

 

 

Job Title: Human Resource Manager
Code: HRM
Location: Port Harcourt

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute an effective talent management programme – recruitment, performance management, training and development, compensation and reward, welfare and benefits etc., in line with industry trends.
  • Oversee the establishment of standard operating procedures for each department in the Organization.
  • Establish an efficient and effective minimized paper collection documentation process.
  • Represent Organization at employee-related bearings and investigations.
  • Ensure the Organization complies with all legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions.

Qualification and Competences

  • B.Sc and Master Degree in Personnel Management or relevant field
  • Membership of the Chartered Insdrute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) at an Associate or higher level will be an added advantage.
  • MBA anal ISO certification are added advantage.

Functional Competencies:

  • An experiential expertise of managing a manufacturing workforce – Not lean than five years hands-on experience.
  • Knowledge of KPI software and other relevant human resource systems.
  • Advanced crxnmunicstion, problem-solving and interpersonal akills
  • Proficiency in counseling and dispute resolution.

Job Title: Brand Executive

Locations: Port Harcourt, Rivers & Kano

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to position our brand as the premier brand.
  • Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to “take action”.
  • Establish performance specification, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Oversee marketing and advertising activities of designated brands to ensure consistency with product line strategy.

Qualification and Competencies

  • B.Sc/M.Sc Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • MBA is an added advantage.
  • Proven working experience as brand executive or brand associates-not less than two years hands-on experience.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly creative with ability to think out of box.

 

Job Title: Territory Sales Executive
Code: TSE
Locations: Port Harcourt, Aba, Onitsha, Kano and Abuja.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate the implementation of sales strategies, policies and pcogrsmsto enhance market presence and competitive pecfornaance of products in assigned territory.
  • Ensare the successful achievement of the company’s sales goals across all product category in assigned territory
  • Establish productive and professional rdationthips with key personnel in aasigned customer accounts
  • Ensure sales volume is at its maximum, maintaining product mix, and selling price.
  • Participate in musket strategy building by peoviding useful information from sales activities Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
  • Stay up-se-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are onboard.

Qualification and competencies

  • B.Sc in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
  • MBA is an added advantage
  • Minimum of three years’ proven work experience as a Territory Sales Executive
  • Experience managing a high performance territory
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Excellent customer service and strategic prospecting skills.
  • Solid customer service altitude with excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and team managunent Skills
  • Availability to travel as needed, and possession of a valid driver’s license.
