Role Summary
- Generate sales for the company from online and meet the sales quotas

Job Description
- Respond to enquiries/complaints/grievances online about the company’s products and services
- Take and process orders for clients promptly and accurately
- Manage and maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of existing clients
- Develop and followup with a database of prospective clients
- Engage in prospecting clients through cold calling, and receiving calls
- Manage existing clients; informing them on new and improved products and services
Requirements
- Minimum of HND/OND
- Must have an excellent verbal communication skill
- Must have a strong persuasive ability
- Must have the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Must be flexible to work shifts
- Must have a good understanding of the retail sales process
