Job Title: Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• He or She shall be responsible for the overall operation business of the organisation.
• He must be able to direct, manage, supervise and control the large scale production of very wide varieties of food on a consistent and continuous basis.
• He or she shall direct and control both the production and sales staffs of the organisation. The candidate must have skill and sound management ability and must be result oriented person.

Requirements
The preferred candidate must possess the following:

• B.Sc or HND in Food and Catering discipline with at least 3 years’ experience in similar position as an overall operation manager.

Salary

Job Title: Executive Chef
Location: Lagos

Requirements

• The candidate must have been the executive chef of a reputable and large international hospitality Industry with ability to plan and direct kitchen operations and satisfy the directive of the operations managers from time to time in details.
• He or she must be able to manage chefs, cooks and large kitchen operation staffers.
• B.Sc or HND in Food discipline with 3 years as chef or OND qualification with years as chef in large and reputable international hospitality industry.

Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Lagos

Requirements

• B.Sc or HND with 2 years in a similar Hospitality industry or OND equivalent with 2 years of similar experience in a reputable industry
• Candidates must be an able versatile person with ability to control sales staffers in order to satisfy the need of the restaurants.
• Candidates must be skilled in customer relations also with natural sales instinct for goal achievements.
• He or she must be ready to work without supervision.

Job Title: Chef
Location: Lagos

Job Description

• We seek Continental, African foods chefs, Chinese chefs.
• Candidate must be specialists in their various fields such as continental, African and Chinese cuisines with ability to direct and control production cooks and assistants.

Requirements

• HND or OND or certificates from catering institutions with at least 2 years as chef in an international hospitality industry.
