- B.Sc or HND in Food and Catering discipline with at least 3 years’ experience in similar position as an overall operation manager.

Requirements
- The candidate must have been the executive chef of a reputable and large international hospitality Industry with ability to plan and direct kitchen operations and satisfy the directive of the operations managers from time to time in details.
- He or she must be able to manage chefs, cooks and large kitchen operation staffers.
- B.Sc or HND in Food discipline with 3 years as chef or OND qualification with years as chef in large and reputable international hospitality industry.

Requirements
- B.Sc or HND with 2 years in a similar Hospitality industry or OND equivalent with 2 years of similar experience in a reputable industry
