Job Description
- Work with the CTO in delivering on the technical goals and designs of projects.
- Develop, Implement, and Support software products and solutions that integrate with in-house and third-party systems
- Provide support to business analysts in the conversion of individual client business requirements into software functionality
- Aid relevant functional teams by identifying requirements and improvements to architectural design of new/existing applications
- Provide subject-matter expertise, customer advocacy, and analysis through all phases of the development life-cycle
- Communicate effectively well with internal/external parties
Requirements/Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or corresponding combination of education and work experience in Software Development.
- Industry experience in Insurance or Financial Services is an Advantage.
- Knowledge of Secure Software Development Methodologies
- Minimum of 5 years of programming experience with Windows .NET framework, C#, Java, Python,PHP, VB, PLSQL, TSQL. etc.
- Practical experience withAJAX, J query, ANGULAR JS, JavaScript CSS, MVC 4 or 5, HTML 5, C++, Perl, Bash Scripts.
- Knowledge of SOAP, REST, Web Services, DLLs etc.
- Experience working with Databases such asMySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database 11g, 12.
- Mobile development experience on Android and IOS.
- Experience working with Web servers IIS, Apache, WebLogic etc.
- Practical experience of development with an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB).
- Experience with FINTECH and INSURTECH developments.
Salary Range
N3,000,000 – N3,500,000 per annum.

Job Title: Customer Service Manager
Location: Nigeria
Main Function
- Responsibility for the day to day management of the Customer Services Department. Providing leadership and direction to the Customer Services Supervisors and their teams to ensure that an excellent standard of service is provided and maintained.
Role Responsibilities
- To ensure the full implementation of the Customer Services strategy across the business.
- To ensure that the Customer Services function operates effectively and that the functions’ activities are aligned to departmental and Company objectives.
- To ensure the accurate processing of customer quotations, orders and order confirmations within agreed timescales.
- To ensure that all customer enquiries are satisfactorily managed, resolved and closed within agreed timescales.
- To ensure that the Customer Services function is adequately staffed and trained to deliver an efficient service to internal and external customers.
- To represent the Customer Services function as an active member of the Senior Management Team.
- To actively promote and manage the process of continuous improvement in Customer Service standards within Call Enquiries and Order Processing.
- Create and sustain a positive team environment displaying high levels of motivation and excellent team spirit.
- Participate and contribute to relevant management meetings.
- Promote effective communication throughout all levels of the Customer Services function.
