We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:

 

Job Title: Shift Supervisor – Flour Operations
Location
: Apapa, Lagos

The Job

  • Provide timely response to equipment breakdown or other operational challenges.
  • Document all packing operations accurately.
  • Maintain good hygiene and house-keeping practices within the packing environment.
  • Ensure usage of the right PPEs by all staff within the scope of authority.
  • Ensure GMP practices are followed and adhered to.Operations
  • Perform routine maintenance of packing machinery and equipment.Operation
  • Ensure the Mill supply to Flour silo is based on customer demand.

Requirements/Qualification

  • HND or B.Sc in Science related courses
  • 5 O’ Level Credits including English and Mathematics in not more than two sittings.

Experience

  • Two (2) years cognate experience.

The Person Must:

  • Have good leadership and people management skills.
  • Have ability to troubleshoot.
  • Have good communication skills.
  • Be attentive to details.


Job Title: 
Microbiology Officer – Flour Operations
Location
: Apapa, Lagos

The Job

  • Analyze and monitor the quality of raw materials and additives.
  • Ensure flour, semolina products and water are safe and wholesome for consumption and within the NIS standard.
  • Maintain a good hygiene status of the general laboratory.
  • Perform analysis on all online and finished products.
  • Analyze the air in the production environment and carry out swab analysis of equipment and production personnel.
  • Assist in the maintenance of GMP and food safety.

Requirements/Qualification

  • B.Sc in Microbiology.
  • 5 O’ Level Credits including English and Mathematics in not more than two sittings.

Experience:

  • Three (3) years cognate experience

The Person Must:

  • Pay attention to details.
  • Have excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Be able to work in a team.
  • Have good communication skills.
