Job Description
- We are looking to hire an experienced Customer Service Representative who will support users of their platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must have at least 2 years experience providing customer support for a tech platform
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to break down complex/ technical issues into simple English
- Great attitude, patient, calm
- Hardworking and self-driven
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to all enquiries from users via email, social media and live chat
- Respond to inbound and outbound phone calls
- Escalate thorny issues to the technical support team for fast resolution
- Follow up with members of the technical support team on behalf of customers
- Follow up with customers to assure them that their issue is being resolved
- Maintain the self-serve Help Desk knowledge base.
