• The incumbent manages all ticketing administration processes in the most efficient and cost-effective manner for the business – queue management, schedule changes, cancellations, exchanges, re-issues, debit memos, e-ticketing, etc.

• A BSc / HND in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 8 years’ cognate experience in the Travels &Tours industry
• Must have relevant IATA Certifications.
• Must be able to use the Amadeus/Sabre software

Job Description

• The incumbent must be able to offer specialist, professional and competitive travel products to meet the demands of the travel market, which includes online bookings and tailor-made trips.

• BSc / HND in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 8 years’ cognate experience in the Travels &Tours Industry.
• Must have relevant IATA Certifications.
• Must be able to use the Amadeus/Sabre software

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years’ cognate experience in the Travels & Tours Industry.
• Must have relevant IATA Certifications
• Possess the skill to design new products & services for the tourism/travels & Tours Industry.
• A Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
