Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are recruiting an Expatriate who is currently working in Nigeria and has 10- 15 years Business Development experience in Real Estate & Farming Sectors and can help improve Sales.

Job Responsibilities

  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners’ needs and goals.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Experience

  • The ideal candidate must have 10-15 years’ experience working or must have worked in the Real Estate or Agricultural Sector

Job Title: Business Development Consultant

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Ability to close real Estate deals
  • Ability to convert leads to paying clients
  • Have strong network of prospects
  • Sending out details of new properties on the market to people on your database
  • Making appointments and showing buyers around a property
  • Finding buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price
  • Ability to prepare weekly sales report and send to Management.

Qualifications

  • B. Sc in any Business related field
  • 5-6 years sales experience in Real Estate firm
