- At least 3 years of experience as a HR manager/officer within the private sector.
- Experience of Capacity Building, Trainings and Total Quality Management (TQM) training.
- Experience of managing HR software system
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite (high proficiency in Excel); comfortable working with computers with minimal IT support.

Requirements
- Qualification: BA/B.Sc/HND/MBA/MSc/ MA,
- Experience: 2 – 3 years
- Must Be honest, creative, with multi-tasking capabilities, at least two years working experience in a similar role;
