Job Title: HR Manager

Requirements
- Minimum of 5years relevant experience
- Certified HR professional (CIPM)
- Excellent people management skill
- Ability to make strategic decision
Responsibilities
- Develop and control HR operating budget to ensure all targets are met and statutory regulations are complied with.
- Manages the recruitment of staff.
- Develop, review and maintain HR policies, processes and procedures in line with best practices and in support of the organisational strategy and direction.
- Manage and coordinate effective new hire on-boarding programs as part of the overall induction process.
- Drive and facilitate the annual performance management system, from goal setting (Scorecard development) through to half year/year end appraisals to the preparation of annual Employee Development Plan.
- Responsible for the monthly payroll administration
- Direct and manage the staff Welfare and Benefits Scheme in line with company policies and procedures.
- Partner with team leads on strategic and tactical management decisions that will impact on business results
- Ensure employee engagement through facilitating of innovative programs.
