Job Title: Social Media Manager

Job Description

  • We are in need of a Social Media Manager that possess skills required for increasing and maximizing online presence of the organization.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for constant content deliveries on the organization’s social media platforms.
  • Responsible for managing audience’s engagement on these platforms.
  • Monitor the creation of content and verify validity and relevance before posting.
  • Work with the media group to drive for quality content.
  • Deliberate about aligning all online communication of the Organization.
  • Devising and presenting ideas and strategies

Job Requirements

  • Applicant must have good communication skills; both written (especially) and verbal.
  • Social media savvy; understands trends
  • Good Multi-tasking abilities and Ability to meet targets within deadlines.
  • Applicants must be able to work well under pressure and must be adaptable.
  • Minimum of a HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Advertising. Professional courses in brand development or management or any certifications from social media training will be an added advantage.
  • 5 years’ experience working as a successful social media personnel with traceable results.

 

Job Title: Facility Manager
Location: 
Lagos
Job Summary

  • We urgently are in need of a Facility Manager that is responsible for the excellent maintenance, management and periodical servicing of the facilities of the organization.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of new, ongoing and old infrastructures of the organization.
  • In charge of the excellent use of some resources e.g. diesel, venues etc.
  • Should have an oversight in departments that use the facility.
  • Develops new ideas and innovation that seek to improve the properties of the organization.
  • Responsible for the management of other facility staff.

Job Requirements

  • Applicant must have good communication skills; both written and verbal.
  • Should have knowledge of electronics and electrical.
  • Minimum of a HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably in Electrical Engineering) or related courses.
  • 3-5 years of experience working as a project and facility manager for as full-time worker in any reputable organization.
  • Good Multi-tasking abilities and can work under pressure.
