We are recruiting to fill the positions below:

Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Location:
 Lagos
Education & Experience

  • 6+ years of IT Project Management experience
  • Active PMP certification
  • MS Office including Microsoft Project.
  • Experience with software development life cycles (SDLC)
  • Experience working with external vendors on implementation and delivery
  • Experience in managing projects at minimum in TWO infrastructure domains (network, servers, storage, middleware, security, messaging, telecom, databases, applications, backup, DR, data centers etc.…..)
  • Bachelor’s Degree either in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline with an information technology focus;
  • ITIL certification a plus.

Job Title: IT Infrastructure Head
Location:
 Lagos
Education & Experience

  • College degree in technology related major preferred. Post graduate degree in Business Management is preferred.
  • 12+ years of technical and leadership experience managing and/or directing large IT operational teams also preferred

 

Job Title: Asst. Manager/ Manager, Quality
Location:
 Lagos 
Education & Experience

  • Minimum SIX years (6-12 Years) relevant experience in Quality Management Role, in IT /Telecom industry.
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business Management or a related discipline preferred.
  • ITIL v3 Foundation Certification Preferred.
  • PMP Certified, Prince 2 Certified (desirable)
  • Experience of managing small projects, or exposure to the end to end project lifecycle, or managing substantial parts of the project lifecycle
  • Experience of working within a structured project management framework

 

 

 

Job Title: Asset Manager
Location:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Finance or Accounting. Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum of Six (6) years proven work experience preferably in Supply Chain and Logistics domain. Experience in IT service management with at least three (3) years in a supervisory position.

 

 

 

Job Title: Lead – Information Security & Business Continuity
Location:
 Lagos 
Education & Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Programming, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years’ experience in Information Security (IS) or IS Risk Management and OR cumulative years of experience in IT Sector of 12 years.
  • Any IS certification would be an added advantage e.g. CISA, CEH, CompTIA, etc.
  • Experience of working in an IS Standard environment would be an added advantage e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 27002, PCI DSS, PCI CP, etc.

 

 

 

Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Numerate discipline with a strong interest in the field of analytics.
  • 3-5 years of Experience in the field of data mining and analytics
  • Experience in the field of Telecommunications/Software development is an advantage

 

 

Job Title: IT Infrastructure Architect
Location:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above
  • Specialization: Science and technology/Management, Electronics science, Tele-communication, or related
  • specialization.
  • 8+ years technical experience in a complex Telecommunications environment or with a large ISP /IT provider

 

 

Job Title: Unix/Linux System Administrator
Location: Lagos
Education & Experience

  • Five years of experience providing UNIX/Linux systems administration support for large scale complex environments.
  • Unix/Linux systems administration.
  • Veritas Cluster Server, Veritas Storage foundation and other High Availability techniques in the UNIX environment.
  • Shell scripting and/or Perl scripting experience.
  • System level support for Oracle application and database Servers, Java application servers, or other large-scale databases in a UNIX environment.
  • Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity in UNIX environment.
  • Knowledge of SAN administration
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in supporting and troubleshooting networking services and protocols: TCP/IP, NIS, DNS, NFS, LDAP, FTP, SSH, SMTP, SNMP, SSL, HTTP.
  • Sun Virtualization technologies: Container and LDOM.
  • Linux/Unix Patch management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work within strict deadlines and with a wide spectrum of people.

 

 

Job Title: Windows Administrator
Location:
 Lagos
Education & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related area) preferred.
  • Microsoft Certification (MCSE) or equivalent certification in relevant programs desired.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows Server (2012/2016) /desktop Operating Systems (Win10).
  • Managing in excess of 50 Windows Server infrastructure.
  • Managing deployments/rollouts.
  • Managing large scale Citrix/2X/Terminal Server installations.
  • Managing server virtualization technologies like VMWare Server/ESX or Microsoft Hyper/Virtual Server.
  • A solid understanding of LAN/WAN networking.
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate or Professional -CCNA/ CCNP MCITP Server.
  • Group Policy design and configuration.
  • Microsoft IIS administration and configuration.
  • Understanding of Exchange 2013.
  • Active Directory/LDAP user and group administration.
  • Ability to troubleshoot network issues including back bone infrastructure issues.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Must be organized and have the ability to manage projects of varying length.
  • Positive, self-motivated individual who can complete tasks independently.
  • Must be a team player.

 

 

 

Job Title: Contact Centre Technology Specialist
Location:
 Lagos 
Education & Experience

  • Collaborate with vendor account team on proposed solutions, scope of work and level of effort definition for operational activities in Call center.
  • Provide resolution advice to business units
  • Co-ordinate change management process including change Pre/Post testing, monitoring activities performing by vendor.
  • Knowledge in ITIL (v3 foundation or 2011 Foundation) / COBIT are desirable
  • 4 – 6 years’ experience in managing call center technologies.
  • Depth knowledge of database and application security
  • Good interpersonal skills for written, oral and face to face communications
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
  • Ability to work effectively with clients, management and staff members
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing situations

 

 

 

Job Title: Database Administrator

Education & Experience

  • A tertiary qualification – Preferably B.Sc/HND Computer Science or a related discipline
  • OCA,OCP, MCP, MCDBA,MCSE, ITIL , TOGAF
  • 4 -6 years Database Implementation and Design , experience in Oracle, MySQL, Mssql Databases
  • 3+ years UNIX experience in Linux, Sun Solaris etc.
  • 3+ years’ experience

 

 

Job Title: Incident & Problem Management Manager
Location: Lagos
Education & Experience

  • Degree within Electrical Engineering/Telecommunication Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of Seven (7) year work experience with at least three (3) years in a supervisory role.
  • Prior experience in an operations/services/technology environment.
  • Ability to track tasks, make assignments, and deliver on commitment dates.
  • Effectively interact with various levels of management and customers
  • ITIL Change, Incident & Problem Management experience
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • Good communication and reporting skills
  • Competency in process development, execution, and administration
  • Impact Analysis and System Configuration Experience
  • Strong root cause analysis, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of IS/IT applications and software development lifecycles
  • Project Management basic knowledge
  • Knowledge of eTOM or other industry practices related to Service Management and Lifecycle
