We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Qualification & Experiences

  • Minimum Education Qualification of OND/NCE in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics or related fields
  • Previous work experience in a marketing or sales related function with a financial service industry will be an advantage
  • Years of Experience: 1+ year

Key Performance:

  • Goal oriented and target driven
  • Strong written and oral communication skill
  • Good negotiation, interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Strong and energetic and ability to think strategically

Required Knowledge:

  • Good knowledge of retail and consumer banking clients
  • Familiar with retail/consumer banking products and sound strategy for engaging customers at the Bottom of the Pyramid
  • Must have a high sense of responsibility, accountability, integrity and ethical standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Opening of Savings and Current Accounts
  • Mobilization of deposit liabilities: current and savings deposit
  • Cash/Cheque collections from loan customers for loan repayment
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Reactivation of Dormant Accounts
  • Enhance business volume/opportunities from existing customers
  • Increase income generation and reduce PAR through deposit
  • Attend to minor customers enquires, complaints and requests and refer complex issues to appropriate desks/units
  • Carry out weekly market storm in their various location as scheduled by Commercial/ Savings manager
  • Achieve deposit/ loan collection target as stipulated by management
  • Leverage Value Chain window to increase customer sign up and deposit mobilization
