Job Title: Sales Assistant
Location: Lagos
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and grow the business/financial base of the company.
- Drive sales, promote and sell Ergonomic products.
- Contribute to executing the objectives, strategies, and action plans of the department in improving sales.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Attends domestic industry conferences, seminars, and customer functions as assigned.
- Prepares sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials.
- Update customer records in the company database as required.
Job Requirements
- Female candidates will be preferred.
- Proven working experience in retail sales.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English both orally and in written form.
- Track record of over-achieving sales quota
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service focus
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- Basic administration skills
Qualifications
- B.Sc or HND Degree required (Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred)
- Minimum of 2+ years’ sales support experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.
