Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions
- We are looking for a qualified Administrative Assistant, for one of our clients in the Oil and Gas Servicing.
- The candidate will be working closely with the Executive Assistant of the CEO’s office.
- You will be required to be readily accessible 24 hours a day.
- Understanding the importance of confidentiality and integrity is key.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience as a Administrative Assistant
- A minimum 2-years experience supporting executive levels.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize independently.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the CEO’s Office.
- Perform reconciliation of transactions by analyzing and monitoring of accounts to ensure timeliness of payments.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems for office correspondence on Microsoft SharePoint and other cloud applications.
- Prepare accounts payable and receivable as well as Expatriates’ payroll.
- Create invoices using the ERP Accounting software to post transactions.
- Perform analysis reporting as may be designated by the Line Manager from time to time.
- Possess advanced level experience working in Microsoft Excel.
