Job Title: Legal Officer

Qualifications

  • Candidates for the position should have a First degree in Law with a minimum of Second Upper Class Honours and a minimum of seven (7) years’ experience.
Job Title: Senior Manager

Location

: Nigeria
Category: Standard Setting and Compliance Monitoring

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Research emergent accounting issues and develop financial reporting standards and/or guidelines for use by financial statement preparers;
  • Monitor compliance with accounting and financial reporting standards via regular review of corporate reporting;
  • Investigation of suspected professional misconduct and/or fraudulent financial reporting;
  • Develop assurance standards and guidelines for use by professional accountants; and
  • Conduct quality reviews of the work of registered professionals and firms.

Qualifications

  • Candidates for the position should have a First degree, preferably in Accounting or related disciplines, with a minimum of Second Class Honours (Upper Division) and a professional accounting qualification.
  • In addition, a minimum of five (5) years of work experience in public auditing and/or corporate financial reporting,
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and current knowledge of international accounting and assurance standards is required.
Job Title: Company Secretary

Location

: Nigeria

Qualifications

  • Candidates for the position should have a First degree in Law with a minimum of Second Upper Class Honours and a minimum of seven (7) years’ experience.
  • Candidates should have at least 5 years’ experience in the general counsel and/or company Secretary role in industry; and professional membership of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries Administration (ICSA) or similar body will be an added advantage.
