Job Description
- We are seeking to recruit an administrative assistant whose responsibility would include providing administrative and clerical support to the team.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Order office supplies.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must possess a minimum of OND in Business Administration or related field of study.
- Must be resident around Ajah, Sangotedo and its environs.
- Must be ready to resume immediately.
Salary
N30,000-N35,000 monthly.
Job Title: Accountant
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We are looking for candidate whose responsibility would include handling financial and accounting duties.
Responsibilities
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
- Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
- Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements.
- Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
- Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database.
- Perform other accounting duties as directed.
Qualifications
- Must have a B.Sc or HND in Accounting, Banking and Finance or related field of study.
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles.
- Minimum of 2 years experience.
- Must reside within Ajah, Sangotedo and its environs.
Salary
N50,000 monthly.
