Job Title: Electrician
Location: Rivers (Offshore)
Roles and Responsibilities
- The Electrician shall be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of all electrical equipment onboard the rigs.
- Electrical Engineering degree or High School Diploma.
- Demonstrated ability of oral and written communications may be substituted in lieu of formal education.
- Valid medical examination and vaccination certificates.
- Knowledge of all technical calculations required for electrical operation of the drilling unit and basic computer skills.
Qualification and Experience
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in offshore drilling operations of which a minimum of 5 years must have been spent in the position of an Electrician
- Valid Offshore Safety Permit (OPS)
- Valid BOSIET
Job Title: Offshore Installation Manager (OIM)
Location: Rivers (Offshore)
Reporting to: Rig Manager
Role and Responsibilities
Operations/Maintenance:
- Manage the planning and efficient execution of the drilling program in coordination with Client Representative and rig department heads.
- Promote and maintain effective working relationship with other departments, third party personnel and Client Representatives.
- Hold daily operations meeting with Client Representative and rig department heads.
- Appropriate period as OIM (15 years minimum); Offshore Personal Survival, Management of Major Emergencies, DIM Controlling Emergencies, IMCA 891 preferable;
- Medically fit to offshore International standards such as ENG1 or equivalent; Extensive knowledge of offshore Jack up operations, including Maintenance, Engineering and Safety Management;
- High level of commercial awareness; Exhibit high level of safety and managerial leadership skills;
- Execute assignments in accordance to technical, legal and professional standards of competence
- Practical familiarity with standard package; Operation Office and use of Software, Internet and electronic mail system.
Qualification and Experience
- Proven experience and results-oriented career and/or B Eng. or Degree equivalents in appropriate engineering subject, unlimited as per STCW Reg.AIII2 and Reg. A. 111/2 respectively;
- Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in any Science / Engineering related field.
- Candidate must have the relevant mandatories (STCW, BOSIET, HUET, GMDSS, etc).
- Valid IWCF/Well cap certification at Supervisor level
- Age: Must not be above 45 years.
Job Title: Top Drive Service Specialist (TDS)
Location: Bayelsa (Offshore)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Inspect all equipment used and perform preventative maintenance checks and service, and notify supervisors of required repairs.
- Promote a safe and quality environment in which to work.
- Work overtime as required to meet customer drilling schedules.
- Measure and record technical data as tasks are completed, inspect documentation prior to job closure.
- Perform repairs using torque wrenches and measuring tools.
- Assist in trouble shooting using multi meters, amp probes, meggers and scopes.
- Extensive travel to customer locations (offshore).
- Assist in installation of company manufactured drilling equipment and software.
- Trouble shoot and repair or overhaul drilling equipment to include traction motor alignments, main bearing end play verifications, and back lash and gearing verifications.
- Provide shop technical experience and techniques to other areas of the company as needed.
- Maintain and complete documentation including detailed Service and Expense Reports.
- Visit drilling rigs operating within the technician’s geographic regions.
- Remain alert to all opportunities to install additional systems on new rigs and to upgrade, or add-on new equipment.
- Comply with and participate in company safety and quality programs.
- Maintain company issued tools and be knowledgeable and skillful in the use of these tools.

- B.S/MS Degree in Engineering from an accredited University.
- 10+ years of Engineering / Top Drive System experience

Job Title: Analytical Energy Specialist
Location: Bayelsa (Offshore)
Roles and Responsibilities
- To provide support in matters related to Oil and Gas Sector for policy and programs. To collaborate in conceiving, developing and promoting best practices Policy, operational procedures, project/program design in organization and management of operations in Oil and Gas Sector.
- Collaborate with a network of developers to ensure and follows best practices in project management and in development of sector strategy. Implement actions to mainstreaming Sustainable Development Goals in Oil and Gas projects. Participate in Oil and Gas Portfolio Performance Review (OPPR)
- Review and process operational documents and ESW, coordinating across disciplines and project components with other team members.
- Participate in Quality Assurance and review Meetings and provide review and advise on technical matters
- Undertake the development of Economic and Sector Work knowledge documents.
- Contribute to the preparation of diverse operational and sector products/outputs (e.g. sector and country briefings, background reports, case studies, policy note, ESW, Oil and gas portfolio performance reviews, and Project Completion Reports (PCR) etc.).

Job Title: Assistant Driller
Location: Rivers (Offshore)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist the Driller in the planning and execution of all drilling operations for the main or auxiliary well centers.
- Responsible for operating all drilling, hoisting and mud circulating equipment, following directions from the well program in accordance with Drilling policies and procedures, in a safe and efficient manner.
Qualification and Experience
- Valid IWCF-Drillers level:

- At least 7 years’ Experience as an Assistant Driller

Job Title: Driller
Location: Rivers (Offshore)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate drilling and mud circulating equipment as in the well program and in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
- Perform drifting and related operations.
- Secure the well during an emergency or well control situation and assist in well killing operations.
Qualification and Experience
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar position on a Jack up Drilling Rig.
- Valid IWCF/Well cap certification at Driller’s level.

Job Title: Tool Pusher
Location: Rivers (Offshore)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of drilling unit and all personnel involved in the rig up and rig down, drilling, and completion procedures.
- Supports OlM in managing the operation and safety of drilling rig; ensures application of well control measures; assists in organization and supervision of casing, cementing, well testing, wire line, work over operations and implementing preventative and planned maintenance programs; participate in training of crew; ensures that all installation equipment and surfaces meet specifications, requirements and maintains appropriate logs and keeps up with training requirements for positions and submit request in time to keep all certificates current.
- Review, understand and comply with Emergency Safety Plan and Bridging documentation between Client.
Qualifications and Experience
- Must possess international Well Control Forum (IWCF) Certificate.
- Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in any Science / Engineering related field

Job Title: Barge Master
Location: Rivers (Offshore)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise the operation of the marine department to ensure the safe and efficient running of the rig.
- Coordinate all helicopter and supply boats traffic.
- Ensure all safety equipment including lifeboats and fire-fighting equipment are maintained in a state of operational readiness at all times.
- Prepare and supervise rig move plans, anchor patterns, and associated mobilization preparations.
- Ensure that all Flag State, Classification Society, statutory regulation, and minimum manning requirements are complied with, Coordinate emergency drills.
Qualification and Experience
- Minimum 7 years experience in a similar position on Jack up drilling Rigs.
- Minimum qualification: Engineering Degree or HND.
- Knowledge of offshore stability and Ballast control.
