Job Description
- Write creative briefs, manage internal/external partners, productions, timelines, outcome of deliverables and keep all channel leads on customers
- Develop new, innovative methods for selling new/core farm produce
- Research and evaluate new and innovative marketing/sales tactics and partnerships to continuously evolve marketing/sales plans
- Stay abreast of competition, new launches and market performance
- Carryout sales and distribution activities of farm produce to customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction is met
- Analyze market research, industry trends, and the competitive market place.
- Ensure that all daily, weekly and monthly targets on all company’s products are met.
Years of experience
- 3- 5 years’ experience selling Agricultural farms produce
Job Title: Sales Consultant- Real Estate
Location: Lagos
Job brief
- We are looking for a high-performing Sales Consultant to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the entire Sales team and present weekly report of team members to Management.
- Come up with weekly marketing budget for the Sales team.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Requirements & Experience
- BS/MS degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 3- 5 years’ experience in a Real Estate company
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
