Job Title: Electrical Sales Engineer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue, growth and market share.
  • Meet or exceed defined revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute against an agreed sales strategy.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Expect moderate travel.

Requirements

  • 4 years of proven experience in project sales.
  • Excellent Knowledge of MS office.
  • Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Numerical abilities, strong business sense and problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven record in sales.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Disciplined hard worker.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales target.
  • Age: Between 25-45 years old.
  • B.Sc/BA/HND degree.
  • Extensive customer network.
  • Sales experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Experience building new territories from scratch – preferred but not compulsory.
  • Electrical Engineering Degree – preferred but not compulsory.

Job Attributes

  • The ideal candidate will have experience selling expensive, feature-rich equipment to medium and large scale businesses in different sectors.
  • Highly preferable is a candidate with sales experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • He/she must be business savvy and have the sales expertise to help establish the company’s products in the relevant sectors.
  • While a degree in Electrical Engineering is not compulsory, it is preferred because of the nature of the products to be sold.
  • The position requires superior relationship-based sales skills in addition to strong communication, organization, and demonstration skills.

Job Title: Head of Sales, Power Distribution Solutions

Location: Lagos

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the business unit meets goals that contribute to the overall success of the company
  • Sales of power distribution solutions, analyzing market trends, training and mentoring of staff, creating and implementing strategies to reach targets and so on.
  • Consistently deliver on revenue targets and so grow a business unit.
  • Drive revenue, growth and market share.
  • Meet or exceed defined revenue targets.
  • Meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Develop and execute against an agreed business unit strategy.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Expect moderate travel.
  • The role is based in Lagos State but some travel will be necessary.

Requirements

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 8 years of proven relevant experience in the sales of Electrical solutions.
  • Strong FEED skills.
  • Certification of AutoCAD training from a recognized trade center/institution preferred.
  • Excellent Knowledge of MS office.
  • Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong business sense and problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership skills motivating a team to achieve results.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven record in sales.

  • Age: Between 32-49 years old.
  • B.sc/BA/HND degree in Electrical Engineering compulsory.

  • Sales experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Experience building new territories from scratch – preferred but not compulsory
