Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Lagos

Details

• This is a full-time position in Lagos. Days and hours of normal business hours, but may vary.
• Ability to work under own direction and control
• Has previous experience of short duration refurbishment contracts
• Has experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within a contracting environment
• Has experience of running projects within the Private Sector e.g. Commercial, Leisure, Residential, Retail
• Has the ability to demonstrate a solid track record throughout their career

Required Qualifications and Learning

• A Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• 3+ years experience in Quantity Surveying
• IT literate
• Good communication and team work skills
• Experience of running multiple sites

Job Title: Quality Control Engineer

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Fulltime

Responsibilities

• Support and perform quality testing for incoming raw materials, intermediate and finished goods.
• Work with other departments to reduce unnecessary waste and maximize output value for our customers.
• Identify opportunities for improvement within the organization and make plans to implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain product specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent problem solving and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization in both written and verbal formats.
