Job Title: Fleet Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Assist the Operations Manager in the formulation and implementation of policy and over-seeing compliance for transport services.
- Develop and monitor strategies for the management of the Company’s fleet in line with health and safety policies.
- Monitor driver’s conduct and company’s vehicles by ensuring compliance to necessary procedures and rules through coordination of the daily movement of vehicles & daily/ weekly inspection of vehicles.
- Carry out random audit and inspection of all vehicles and personnel in the Operations department and provide accurate and documented reports concerning fleet.
- Ensuring efficiency of the use of the vehicle, fuel consumption and professional conduct of the driver.
- Supervising complicated mechanical maintenance and repair work on auto mobiles, trucks and other motorized equipment used in the field of transportation, hauling and maintenance purposes.
- Submitting regular reports on road calls break downs, accidents and performance vehicle usage, mileage and maintenance costs.
- Supervising Driver / Workshop coordination. Typical tasks include; keep inventory of parts supplied; requisition of parts and supplies needed; coordinates the flow of vehicles awaiting maintenance or repairs; inspection of vehicles.
- Supervising all workshop mechanics and guiding them by emphasizing use of established guidelines, various repair manuals and standard safety practices in performing the duties of the job.
- Planning, organizing, and directing the work of the department to meet objectives with the most efficient use of personnel, facilities and equipment through necessary inspection and reports.
- Managing the special equipment, trucks and all vehicles and regularly communicating with the drivers, other fleet supervisors and the operational head.
- Driving a safe and preventive maintenance culture in order to minimize cost and maximize use of equipment

Job Specification
- HND/ Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Fleet Administration
- Average of 3 years’ experience in Transportation services or related field
- Experience and knowledge of Fleet Management Systems will be an added advantage
- Must be able to show confidentiality in company matters.
- Must be a self-starter and self-motivated individual.
- Must be able to communicate in good spoken English.
- Must be detail-oriented and well-organised.
Job Title: Workshop Assistant
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Assist in the supervision & coordination of maintenance activities at 3rd party workshops.
- Assist the Workshop Supervisor to analyse current procedures and activities in order to identify & present opportunities for improving the maintenance, repairs or replacement of parts for company’s fleet.
- Ensure that technicians are aware of the right procedures for using products and equipment.
- Maintain good relationship with 3rd party workshop, fleet managers, drivers etc.
- Evaluate the impact of work delays interruptions and changes in plans to develop appropriate course of action.
- Inspect the quality of repairs before the release of vehicles.
- Review work orders to ensure that all actions have been documented according to company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the planning and adjustment of the workloads at 3rd party workshops to match company’s expectation.
- Arrange the delivery of replacement parts to workshop or office by liaising and negotiating with them.
- Ensure proper documentation is maintained in terms of maintaining the company’s fleet.
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures including maintenance schedules.
- Maintaining quality, cost and efficiency of all repairs done on company vehicle.
- Assist in the supervision of the work of third technicians and mechanics.
- Recommend purchase of new improved technology.
- Coordinating, managing and supervising drivers vehicles repairs through the fleet managers or supervisors.
- Perform other duties as required.
Person Specification
- Trade Test I, II & III.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the Engineering/Maintenance department of a Fleet Management organisation or related field
- Vehicle servicing experience will be an added advantage
- Must be a self-starter and self-motivated individual.
- Must be able to communicate in good spoken English.
- Must be detail-oriented and well-organised.
Job Title: Sales & Marketing Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Assisting in the formulation of policy frame work for the sales and Marketing activities.
- Keep and manage customer data for effective Marketing.
- Delivery and follow up on buyers. Monitoring and supporting the after Sales activities.
- Attending to customer’s complaints and providing solutions in conjunction with the Branch Manager/Marketing Team.
- Reporting and follow up on Competitors activities.
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculation and providing customers with quotations
- Creating detailed proposals, document, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer.
Person Specification
- Candidate must have B.Sc/HND in Marketing or any other related field
- Candidate must have 5 years’ experience in Marketing/ Sales
- Candidate must be within the 28-35 years of age
- Good communication skills
- Must reside on the island
- Ability to drive is compulsory
- Previous experience in an Automobile industry is an added advantage
Remuneration
90,000/month plus bonus
