Job Title: General Manager, Sales & Marketing

Job Description

• The General Manager, Sales & Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing overall sales  and marketing strategy of the company, under the direct supervision of the Managing Director.
• She/he  shall oversee the effective deployment of business development managers to achieve agreed sales targets.
• In directing the activities of his/her team, The GM, Sales and Marketing will coordinate with other functions in the firm at the strategic and tactical levels. This role reports directly to the Managing Director.

Requirements

• The requirement is for a sales and marketing professional with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the growth of market share in the business segment and market penetration of the company’s brand.
• The successful candidate would hold a Master’s degree in Marketing and related disciplines and a track record of success in similar positions.

Job Title: Chief Finance Officer

Job Description

• Direct report to the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the accounting and finance related functions of the organization.
• The individual will contribute to the formulation and implementation of policies, generate relevant accounting reports, and assist the company meet all statutory reporting standards and requirements.

Requirements

• Be considered for this position, a candidate must hold a good first degree from a reputable university, be a chartered accountant and must have acquired a minimum of 15 years cognate experience.
• Manufacturing sector experience and good knowledge of IFRS would offer distinct advantages.
